VibePal

The Situation
I'm the founder of VibePal. 40-something. 20 years in traditional business. Never wrote a line of code. I quit my job on April 1st. Spent 10 days staring at the ceiling wondering if I just ruined my life. Today I decided: I'm going.
I locked myself in a lake cabin with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Gemma and built this product in 5 days. The idea: AI can think. AI can't bleed. When AI gives you 'it depends' for the 47th time, you need a real human who's actually been through it. Someone who bled where you're bleeding right now.
I think the idea is right. But the execution is rough. Very rough. My nephew saw it and said 'did you make this in PowerPoint?' He's 14.

I have about 80 days of savings left. If this doesn't work by July, I gotta go back and pretend this never happened.

I need real humans to tell me: What did we get right? What did we get wrong? What should we fix first?
AI Analysis

The concept addresses a real gap — AI provides analysis but lacks lived experience.

Option A (Conservative)

Focus on one niche (career decisions) first.
Best if: you want faster product-market fit.
Main risk: might miss the bigger opportunity.

Option B (Bold)

Launch as a general judgment platform.
Best if: you believe the concept is universal.
Main risk: too broad, hard to market.

Suggestion: validate with 50 real users before committing to either direction.

What did the AI miss?

The AI covered the logic. But what about the reality?
